Jennifer Swift joined Barger & Gaines in 2021. She is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she worked as a clinical law student with the Innocence Project and the New York Attorney General’s Civil Rights Bureau.
In her previous career, Jennifer worked as a journalist, publishing magazine, print and web articles about education, politics and crime.
The daughter of an educator, Jennifer is excited to join Barger & Gaines and advocate for families in the field of education.
