As the daughter of an educator, Attorney Swift has dedicated her legal career to helping students and families. Beyond her practice, she recently joined the faculty at John Jay College of Criminal Justice as an Adjunct Assistant Professor!

This role gives her a direct look at the modern college classroom, including how schools are handling new challenges like Generative AI and automated AI-detection tools. When students face high-stakes academic dishonesty allegations, our team uses that real-world insight to protect their futures.
